2. 60-Day Return Conditions

To prevent abuse and protect our brand, returns are accepted ONLY if the following conditions are met:

Condition: The item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.

Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging, including all tags, inserts, and accessories.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is mandatory.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Customized/Personalized Products: Any item that has been personalized, engraved, or custom-made specifically for you. These sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Beauty/Cosmetics: If the seal is broken or the product has been tested.

Jewelry: Items showing signs of wear, scratches, or alterations.

Pet Products: Items with pet hair, odors, or any signs of use.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: For "change of mind" returns (you don't like it or ordered the wrong size), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Trackable Shipping: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the item is lost in transit back to us, no refund will be issued.

4. Abuse Prevention & "Toxic" Refunds

At MILSOME, we monitor return activity. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:

We detect a pattern of "serial returning" (buying and returning multiple items frequently).

The item is returned damaged, used, or without original packaging.

The return is initiated after the 60-day window.

In such cases, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

5. Damage & Missing Items (24h Policy)

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must report it to support@milsome.com within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos or a video of the damaged product and the packaging. Failure to report within 24 hours may result in the claim being denied.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If the item is found to be used or damaged, we will provide photo evidence of the rejection.
